45 year old female - myasthenic since 1999. Diagnosed Dec, crisis January 2000. Thymectomy March 2000. Numerous relapses, finally stabilised since about Autumn 2005.
Numerous IVIgs, aza didn't work, methotrexate finally did.
Now got prednisolone down to 3mg daily. Take 5 60mg pryridostigmine daily, methotrexate 15mg weekly and the usual suspects for side effects etc etc. Symptoms now minimal providing the usual, rest,planning activity etc etc.
