Male, 47 years old. Married, 3 children: 15,13,and 8. Initially diagnosed with ocular myasthenia 5 years ago, now generalised and spreading. Mestinon - 8 x 60mg/day. Back on Prednisolone - currently on 30mg/day increasing dose by 5mg/week until symptoms under control.
