I live in the US, and my Dad who's 81 years of age and lives in South Wales is the MG sufferer. He was diagnosed a little over 3 years ago. His symptoms have included ptosis, trouble walking, trouble swallowing and slurred speach.
His current medications for the MG are 15mg Prednisolone and 60mg Mestinon qds.
Things are not good right now; his walking and energy levels were markedly worse, his steroid dose was increased to 30mg, which had no positive effect, and is now being tapered back to 15mg. His walking is still bad and his swallowing seems to be worsening too.
