29 year old diagnosed with generalised MG Jan 09 in hospital 18 days had 5 days IVIG now on 80mg prednisalone and 5 x 60mg priydistigmine a day still have symtoms of slurred speach trouble swallowing and now weakness in limbs.Had to go back to work for april as they would not pay me anymore. May 5th had 5 treatments of plasma exchange and then 18th may had thymectomy via a full sternotomy. The operation has not been favourable as i am still producing antibodies but reducing medication since june 1st 2009. sysptoms have now re appeared an are getting worse but i take eveyday as it comes i still work full time but i am looking to take one day off during the week as i am unable to do anything in the evening after work. please contact me.
