This is the Osserman and Genkins clinical classification of MG [26].: Stages
1. ocular signs and symptoms only.
2A. generalised mild muscle weakness.
2B: generalised moderate muscle weakness and/or bulbar dysfunction.
3. acute fulminating presentation, and or respiratory dysfunction.
4. late severe generalized MG.
