There has been an problem with email going in and out from the MGA HQ.
This may have resulted in some messages sent via the Web Help Form on the Website Help Page of the New Website being lost. We apologise for that - we believe the problem has been fixed. I cannot say if this has affected emails confirming new registrations (when things fall into a Black Hole - it is difficult to follow them safely!).
So - please try the Web Help Form Again if you are still having difficulties.
If you still can't manage it - you can send an email to:
temp1@mga-charity.org - explaining your problem.
On the Registration Issue in General - I have just created a new account using the link on the new Website. The confimation email arrived to me within 1 minute, and I was able to sign in and change the password without difficulty. So ... the system is working OK (even if perhaps it was not at some point recently).
(and if anyone thinks I was cheating - I am NOT anywhere near the MGA HQ or The Web Server!) ----------

Anyone experiencing these problems MUST check their SPAM (Junk) email folders and filters.
Some email providers (especially HOTMAIL)have a nasty habit of dumping this kind of email into SPAM or JUNK folders.
There is nothing which MGA can do about that. ----------
