Thanks Alice,
I am, I actually showed some of my videos to my neuro so he could see what goes on between visits. My liver enzymes were way too high so he took me off the Imuran and put me on Cyclosporine. He also increased my frequency of IVIG to every week at 1/2 the dosage. This will go on for 6 weeks and then I have a follow up visit. If nothing changes then we talk PEX and possible thymectomy, if I get better we stay the course or back off the IVIG a little. Keep your fingers crossed, I will keep you posted.

Hi Jen,
glad to hear that you are doing better, and it is a very good idea to show videos to your neuros (why did I never think of that?).
I hope things start to improve soon, and the roller coaster will be less steep.
