MG Crisis?

Yesterday I went to the ER due to my right side not working. The right side of my face was pulled down and my arm hurt and was numb. I was having trouble with my balance and walking and my chest and head hurt. This was pretty bad for me to go to the ER. I was given an ECG which was abnormal and was told that people with MG have abnormal QRS-T angle and primary T wave abnormality and it was ''nothing to worry about.'' I am used to having my face and eyes not work. How ever its never drawn down like this before. The electric was off in the ER so they could not do a cat scan. The phone lines were out so they could not contact my DR. Another women came in and they were doing CRP on her and they told me get up a ''get out of the bed'' remember one side of me was not working with the other. I was still having trouble walking and moving. At that point I just wanted to go home. The Dr told me ''we either do all the tests or nothing''. My husband took me home. I decided they would and could do nothing more . My chest is sore I have movement in my arm now and leg , but my chest is weak and my head hurts. There was no No blood work-no oxygen, no IV. The ECG was done with back up power. My post is not for sympathy. My question is information on ''its normal for MG people to have abnormal ECG.'' Any one else have this? My regular Dr was never contacted and he was to far away for me to make the trip in the condition I was in.

My experience of MG crisis is complete inability to walk, talk, keep my eyes open, speak, stand, sit, and reduced breathing capability, but no pain. Your symptoms, to me, do not seem consistent with that.
I would urge you to contact your doctor for prompt medical attention.

I agree with Ragdoll, these symptoms do not sound like MG to me. As I understand it MG should not affect your ECG.

See your doctor immediately!
