Has anyone out there experience of Tacrolimus as an immune suppressant in refractory Myasthenia Gravis?

i know this is an old post but I am trying to read my way through them all. Please tell me what refractory mg is please levitas?

Refractory simply means that the condition eg MG does not respond to the usual treatments.

Perhaps Tacrolimus is by now in more general use and since it is 3 years since I first asked I am reviving this post.
I would be interested to hear of anybody on Tacrolimus or Sirolimus for MG.(And of anybody with both MG and CKD - what immunosuppressants are you on?)
